We had the opportunity to document Diana + Mac’s engagement session in Downtown Los Angeles. This area in DTLA is super cool and unique and has such an industrial vibe. This is exactly what they wanted because their wedding at fete has a similar style. It was so much fun running around the streets of downtown Los Angeles with the two of them. They both have such bold and fun personalities that it was cool to see that reflect their engagement session’s final edits. Before the shoot even started we all enjoyed a couple of beers at the local oyster bar which was so fun and unique. They really took the time to get to know us which is so special. This area in LA is so cool because you don’t have to stick to one spot. We roamed around all over and ended the shoot on a really pretty rooftop that overlooks all of DTLA.
Diana and Mac incorporated their heritage in their engagement shoot with their outfits at the rooftop location we ended at. This was fun to have in their engagements because they also did the same on their wedding day. This was a neat idea and it was true to them which is all we can ask for as your photographer and videographer. Niko and I recently shot their wedding and it felt like we were all friends hanging out again. I cannot wait to share more from their wedding, but here is their awesome Downtown Los Angeles engagement session for now!
