I still cannot get over this location! We shot this family at the Cactus Garden in San Diego and the photos are so awesome. Thuy booked Niko and I previously for her maternity photos! You can check them out here! When she booked us again for their family photos I was so happy! They recently welcomed their new baby boy into the world. It was an honor to document these moments for them while their son and older kids are so young. Their son and daughter had a blast running around during the session. I think that is so important that family sessions are comfortable for everyone, including the kids!
Balboa Park is quickly becoming one of our favorite locations to shoot at. It is a hidden gem in San Diego. The San Diego cactus garden family photos we were able to capture were nothing short of amazing. The colors and vibe remind me of Arizona and how unique to have a location like this in Southern California. Although Niko Navarro Films and I have been shooting more weddings lately, it was refreshing to shoot a family session! Niko put together a cute family film for this new family of five.
