Sedona Arizona Engagement Session

Aspen and Jerett chose Sedona Arizona for their engagement photos! They traveled from San Diego to Sedona Arizona. It was such a magical session. Aspen and Jerett are two of the sweetest people we have ever met. We started the shoot on a street in Sedona Arizona. Aspen’s outfit was on point and those shoes?! I mean she couldn’t have looked better! We had to cut the first location short because a sprinter van caught on fire right next to us! But it worked out perfectly because we made it to Cathedral Rock just in time. Her white dress complimented the backdrop so beautifully. People who walked by would compliment both of them and they deserved it! It is the best when shooting engagement sessions feels like hanging out with your friends. That is exactly how this day felt.

The lighting could not have been better with the views of cathedral rock in the background. The weather was perfect and although it was on the cooler side, it was perfect hiking weather. The skies were clear making for bomb photos. We hiked about eight miles but it was so worth it! We basically ran the entire hike to make it at perfect light. Their engagement photos are legendary and I cannot wait to shoot their wedding in Havasu next year! We genuinely enjoyed the time we spent with these two!
