Deciding on an engagement session location is one of the best parts of planning your wedding!! We get to go somewhere fun and adventurous and take super cute photos and video along the way. Danika + Rico decided on Idyllwild for a winter engagement. It was seriously so pretty during the winter months. Danika and Rico had the best time exploring different locations with Niko Navarro Films and I! This location is filled with trees and open meadows and I highly recommend shooting here if that fits your vibe. Niko and I cannot wait to capture their wedding in February at Hangar 21!
This location in Idyllwild is one that we shoot at most frequently. It has an outdoorsy feel, and we can move around a lot! We incorporate three to four locations here so that you feel like you had different photo sessions. It also gives you more photo options when trying to decide which one to pick for your save the dates. 🙂 A winter engagement in Idyllwild is so ideal because the colors are a vibrant green and yellow mix. It is so unique and beautiful, you wouldn’t even know that you were in Southern California!
